The hotel is new and has a cozy atmosphere. the food in the restaurant is tasty and reasonably priced, with affordable Czech beer. the staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly and accommodating. the room facilities were good and there is a convenient parking area.
The hotel seemed to lack proper management, with not enough staff and missing items on the menu. Requests were not always handled efficiently.

During our recent city trip, we stayed at a hotel that was new, cozy, and had delicious food at reasonable prices. The Czech beer was priced like water and the staff was very friendly. the room was nice and the sauna had a great view. We also enjoyed having dinner and breakfast on the beautiful terrace.
The hotel seemed understaffed and not well-managed. There were things missing from the menu, and our requests seemed like a bother to the staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the hotel facilities were brand new, providing a simple yet cozy atmosphere. We were pleased to find good parking space available and the hotel's proximity to the main road made transportation convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, though limited in English, was friendly and cute.

The location was perfect, close to the main road and easy to access. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. I especially enjoyed the welcome drink that was offered upon arrival. Additionally, the hotel had a tour and ticket assistance service, which was very convenient for exploring the area. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided at this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
